Furniture brand standardizes images across 3 channels
A mid-size Italian furniture brand distributes through three channels: Amazon (square images, white background), their own e-commerce website (lifestyle backgrounds, 4:3 ratio), and a B2B ordering portal used by interior designers (neutral background, high resolution).
Previously, each new product required three separate editing sessions in Photoshop, one per channel. A team of two part-time editors worked 2 days per week on images alone. New products took an average of 5 business days from photoshoot to being live across all channels.
Centyr implementation: Three presets were created, one per channel. The photography team shoots each product once against a neutral backdrop. Centyr processes the batch three times simultaneously, one run per preset, and outputs three ZIP files ready for each destination.
Results (8 weeks post-integration):
• Editing team time: 2 days/week → 2 hours/week
• New product time-to-market: 5 days → 1 day (5× improvement)
• Image quality consistency across channels: significantly improved
• Editors now focused on lifestyle photography instead of post-processing
The brand now launches new collections on all three channels simultaneously on the same day as the photoshoot, rather than days later.
